Who am I and where my journey began

Hello :) My name is Sally and I am an Autism mom. I was 30 when I married and was soon pregnant with my first child. Pregnancy was ok, plus I sat home and could sleep and rest as much as I deemed neccesary. With all my anxiety, my gin had to make extra tests and echoscopy to make sure that all was fine. When at last Nick was born, he was almost fine, although his sleep habits were exhausting, no routine could change it .... also swallowing seemed to be a problem.... 

At his first week of life we already went to the Neurologist, who said that everything was ok.... I remember how he slept for 3-4 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it was as late as on thr 6th month of his life.... the problem with the sleep persisted... Specialist seemed ok with that... swallowing seemed to be better, but even at the age of 2 he could choke on water... alarming right?.... 

At last I decided to visit Psychotherapist who said that it could possibly be Asd... at least I knew what it was :) by this time I already had second child and Nick was jealous and possessive of me... another problem...

There were lots of small things that passed my mind, when he swirled the wheels of the car, instead of playing with it, putting things in a row repeatedly and keeping in hand one fave toy all the time, until it actually broke... also he could not feel pain and would not cry after fall.... 

So, we have got official Autism diagnosis when Nick was 2.6 y.o. and we started ABA therapy right away, thanks God there were available places in the center.

First year was a disaster, together with toddler age related tantrums, he never wanted to listen to his ABA theurapists...
